In 1949, a lime-combusting facility called "Sirna sari" was established at Padalarang, ± 22 km west on Bandung. Our late grandfather and his four sons were the pioneer of this company.
The company developed steadily, and in 1965 we decided to pioneer a new stone-grinding factory, with marble chip as its main product and also rough stone powder to furnish the floortiles factories. We then supplied our finished products to floortiles companies in West Java, Jakarta and Central Java.
In 1970 we resolved to open a new division, the calcium division. This division's main task is to produce calcium carbonate powder at 800 mesh. The finished products created by this process, has been utilized in different kinds of industry, such as rubber, plastic, soap, paint, carpet industries, ceramic, pipe, adhesive, etc.
Because of the increase of consumer demand in the agrobusiness and other industry for dolomite, zeolite, phyprophilite, we developed a mesh technique for different kinds of materials. Some of the produced materials are sodium sulphate, STPP, etc.
